A beautiful concert mandolin made in Mirecourt under the La Vésuvienne brand name during the 1930s.
With a back in the style of Raffaele Calace, and mother-of-pearl-ebony pistachios in the Neapolitan style, this mandolin takes up the emblematic elements of the classical mandolin by integrating modern 1930s elements such as galalith action buttons and a cellulose acetate plate.
In excellent condition, with very pleasant, comfortable playability and superb sound, this mandolin is sure to please musicians and enthusiasts alike.
