A very rare Gibson BJB pickup and harness unused spare part from the mid-80s.
Includes the original mounting harness with tone and volume mini-pots with output jack, all fully functional without crackles.
A revised, hotter and punchier version of the original Johnny Smith, that was featured in many of Gibson's cream of the crop archtops since the late 70s (Citation, Super V BJB, Le Grand, L-5CES, ES-165 Herb Ellis).
Gold plated cover, firebird type construction with a DC Resistance of approximately 14.9 kΩ.
