Ibanez SAS32EX White (Pre-Owned)

This is a pre-owned Ibanez SAS32EX in White in excellent condition. The SAS32EX was introduced in 2008 and sold until around 2012. This particular example is in perfect working order and has been upgraded with a set of locking Gotoh tuners. We have professionally set it up so that it is playing and sounding great. Frets have been polished to a high shine and show no signs of wear.

This is a brilliant electric guitar from Ibanez. The solid Mahogany body of the SAS is slim and contoured for comfort and light weight. The body is edged with abalone. A Maple neck is set in to the body with an incredibly sleek neck join. The Rosewood fingerboard features 22 medium frets and SAS special inlays. The SAT Pro II tremolo is very stable and an ultra modern design which pivots over two posts and uses beautifully smooth low profile saddles. This particular guitar has been upgraded with Gotoh locking machine heads. These are direct replacements meaning no extra holes needed drilled and it looks as though it left the factory this way.

Ibanez True Duo Bucker coil tapped pickups

The SAS32EX is loaded with a pair of TDB1 True Duo humbuckers. These pickups were ahead of their time and a unique Ibanez design. The volume and tone pots are push / pull to coil split the neck and bridge humbuckers. The unique triple coil design of the True Duo pickups give a true hum cancelling single coil when the coil split is activated. They make this an incredibly versatile and great sounding electric guitar.

We think this Ibanez is a future classic and will make an excellent addition to someone's collection.
