The 14 Maple is part of Córdoba’s Fusion series, a line of high-quality crossover/hybrid nylon string guitars designed to play and feel like steel string guitars. Tonally, the Fusion series models have all the warmth, body and resonance that traditional “classic” nylon string guitars are known for, and are built using traditional Spanish guitar methods such as domed tops and fan bracing patterns.
The Fusion 14 is a beautiful crossover guitar with a solid European spruce top and flamed maple back and sides for a bright tone and a sweet pronounced high end. It is ready for the stage with its Fishman Presys Blend preamp.
This Cordoba is from 2023, and has only very light playwear on the top. The guitar is otherwise very clean and comes with a TFOA passport in a TFOA gig bag.
