Eighty years after the 'Orchestra Model' was first designed, it has become one of the most popular 14-fret models for fingerstyle players who prefer to play on steel strings. However, it is also an appealing instrument for flatpickers. Although it was overtaken in volume by the mighty dreadnought after a few years, this guitar retains a certain charm and unique versatility.

This Collings OM2HA embodies that exact charm and versatility. Its compact shape makes it incredibly easy to play, whether on stage or on the couch, and the relatively shallow body ensures a balanced sound with a quick response.

The body consists of Indian rosewood back and sides with an Adirondack spruce top. With this proven combination of tonewoods, the OM2HA delivers a clear and balanced tone with more than enough volume. Details such as the ivoroid binding and herringbone purfling also make this guitar visually impressive.

This Collings OM from 2023 has barely been played and shows only slight play marks on its pickguard. It is exceptionally clean and is therefore still in near-mint condition. It comes with a TFOA passport in a TKL case.
