The Pioneer DJ DDJ-SB3 features a Pad Scratch mode, which assigns an audio sample of DJ Jazzy Jeff scratching across the 8 performance pads. The eight scratch techniques have been recorded by DJ Jazzy Jeff himself. You will find 2x Baby Scratch, 2x Forward Scratch, 2x Chirp Scratch and 2x Fast Baby Scratch techniques.

Each scratch pattern automatically syncs to the BPM of the track being played. This means that, even if you have no experience, you can perform professional scratch techniques with breaking rhythm. Use the feature in isolation or combine it with your own scratching on the other deck for limitless creative possibilities.

Smoothly Transition Between Tracks With FX Fade

To help you mix different genres of music together seamlessly, has included FX Fade. This reduces the volume of one track, whilst applying an effect and the same time. This allows you to smoothly transition into your next track creatively and with confidence. FX Fade makes beginner DJs sound as though they have been on the circuit for years.

With 8 FX patterns to choose from, you can select between x2 high pass filters, x2 low pass filters, x2 loop playbacks and x2 backspins.

Plug-and-Play With Serato DJ Lite

Designed for laptop DJs, the DDJ-SB3 comes with a built-in sound card, is bus-powered and includes a free copy of Serato’s DJ Lite software. This means all you need to do is plug the SB3 straight into your laptop via USB (cable included) and you’re good to go.
