<h3>Controls</h3>
<p>When holding the bass in the playing position, the Hexa Mid System switch is located on the control cavity cover on the back of the bass.
Setting the switch to the up position activates the "H" or high bank, while the down position selects the "L" or low bank.</p>
<p>The mini switch on the front of the body is a 3-way mid frequency selector.
When the Hexa Mid System is set to the H bank, the mid boost peak is at 350Hz in the neck position, 600Hz in the center position, and 1kHz in the bridge position.
In the L bank, the mid boost peak is at 250Hz in the neck position, 450Hz in the center position, and 850Hz in the bridge position.
Two knobs are located near the mini-switch towards the neck.</p>
<p>The knob closest to the mini toggle switch is the blend knob, and the knob towards the neck is the volume knob.
Along the lower edge of the body, four knobs control the treble boost/cut, mid boost/cut, bass boost/cut, and master passive tone.</p>
<p>A push/pull EQ bypass switch is incorporated into the master tone knob.</p>
<p>When the master tone knob is pulled up, the EQ bypass is activated.</p>
