Up for sale is a vintage Gibson acoustic guitar case from the late 1950s to early 1960s. This case features the classic yellow lining and bears the Gibson logo badge on the exterior. While it was likely made by Lifton, I cannot confirm this with certainty. Please note: the lock has no key.
This case is a perfect fit for Gibson L-00 or LG body-shaped guitars. It remains in very good original condition—fully functional with its original handle, intact latches that work smoothly, and a clean, well-preserved interior. The exterior shows light wear consistent with age but is overall in excellent shape for its era.
Cases like this are becoming increasingly rare, especially in such solid condition, making it a great match for valuable vintage instruments.
