In 2016, Scott "Slinky" Sterling started Lea (Pronounced "Lee") Bass Guitars based out of Leonardtown, Maryland. Producing custom, hand made basses in small batches designed to be ergonomically comfortable, impecably finished, and made of only the best materials. Scott uses beautiful layers of artfully selected woods, hand shaped necks and bodies, and even hand makes wood knobs to create truly one of a kind basses. Scott's basses are wonderful to look at, hold, and most of all, inspiring to play. Lea basses speak for themselves from the moment you see, feel, and hear them.
