We are happy to have secured for sale one of the worlds most iconic and recognisable symbols of musical history of the 20th Century. This iconic item was purchased directly from the Artist, Mr Ringo Starr of THE BEATLES. Please find full details/history as follows:

1960 Premier Duro-plastic Drum kit
14" x 4" snare
12" x 8" tom
16" x 16" floor tom
20" x 17" (14" shell) bass drum
Rare Duroplastic Bongo Set (See original Pic of Ringo with Bongo Set Mounted on Bass Drum )
Note - The kit is in fully original condition except for the "The Beatles" drum head is a later replica
Kit also comes with original period drum hardware as follows
Premier Hi Hat Stand, Drum Stool, Bass Drum Pedal & Original Zyn Cymbals
Rogers , Swivo Matik Tom Holder (Not Fitted) as per Ringos Preference

Featured on the First known footage of the Beatles on 'Know the North’’.

Kit has the cloth logo hand painted by Terry Tex O’Hara based on Pauls doodles.

Prior to Ringo purchasing his original Ludwig Oyster Kit in 1963 at Drum City the Premier Duroplastic Mahogany Kit was his preferred choice and can be seen and heard in various live and studio performances and most importantly his first ever beatles Live Performance in 1961.

The kit offered is an original Premier Duroplastic Kit circa 1960 that was purchased directley from Ringo Starr of the Beatles , we cannot state that the Kit Offered was used on any Specific Studio or Live Performances by Ringo Starr only that it carries the same Specification as the Kit used on many early Beatles Recordings Pre 1964
