About this listing
An exceptional Japanese-made Charvel with custom Bare Knuckle pickups, incredible playability, and plenty of character!I'm reluctantly putting my 2021 Charvel Rick Graham Signature MJ DK24 in the beautiful Celeste finish up for sale. This is one of those guitars I genuinely hate to part with. It plays beautifully, sounds fantastic, and is an absolute joy to pick up. Unfortunately, it doesn't get nearly as much playing time as some of my other guitars, and I'd much rather see it in the hands of someone who will appreciate and enjoy it.Condition & Factory Repair HistoryI purchased this guitar in 2022 as a certified B-stock instrument.According to the original seller, who worked at the Fender factory, the guitar was accidentally dropped during repackaging. The damage was subsequently repaired by a technician at the Fender factory before I purchased it.The repaired area is located along the edge of the body, as shown in the close-up photographs. The repair is visible, with some remaining finish imperfections. I don't know the precise extent of the original damage, and I want to be completely transparent about the guitar's history and condition. What I can personally attest to is that this guitar plays beautifully, and all electronics function exactly as they should. I've experienced no issues with its playability or performance and you cannot feel where it occurred while playing. In my opinion, the cosmetic imperfections make this an ideal player's guitar. You don't have to worry about putting that first little ding in a pristine instrument. You can simply pick it up, plug it in, and let it sing and roar!Features & SpecificationsThe Rick Graham Signature MJ DK24 is a premium, Japanese-made instrument equipped with a versatile set of custom Rick Graham Bare Knuckle pickups. And if you are familiar with Rick Graham, you know his dedication to tone and technique. It is, however, a beautiful Japanese-made signature guitar with outstanding pickups, excellent playability, and a unique history. If you're looking for a pristine guitar to hang on the wall, this probably isn't the one for you.But if you're looking for an outstanding instrument that begs to be played, this Charvel deserves a serious look.I truly love this guitar and hate to see it go, but guitars are meant to be played, not spend their lives tucked away in a case. It's time for someone else to let this beauty fly!I'm happy to answer questions or provide additional photographs.
