An ESP maverick, but it might not look like the mavericks you're used to seeing. In fact, the modern maverick is my least favorite guitar in ESP's lineup -- it looks goofy and it doesn't sit well. However, when this was a brand new model ESP was trying a few things, and one of them was a not so subtle take on the nightswan body. It's an almost exact replica, including most importantly, the deep curved belly contour, which is one of the most comfortable designs out there. And this guitar, with its short scale and comfortable body, plays incredibly well and sounds great.
In terms of condition, it is an old guitar (probably early 1990s) and has a number of small dings. Some wear/tarnish on metal parts. Priced low primarily due to some fixable hardware issues: The bass side floyd posts is a bit stripped (easily adjusts by hand when you don't have tension on it), the floyd block extends too far for the back cover, and the locknut and string retainer were swapped with a chrome one (these differ from the photos).
