The SM59 is a high quality dynamic microphone with low output which makes it ideal for recording sound sources with a lot of transient energy such as drums and percussion.
It has a wide frequency response and a built in cartridge shock mount which minimises handling noise and maximises vibration cancellation. The SM59 is a lightweight, rugged unit constructed of aluminium, zinc and stainless steel, finished in matte champagne enamel.
Includes mic clip. Foam inside grille has worn away, as has rubber seal.
