This model is hand carved from solid tonewoods with a solid carved spruce front and solid carved maple back, neck and ribs. It is coloured with a min-brown varnish, has a blackened rosewood fingerboard and pegs and an alloy tailpiece with integral adjusters.
The outfit includes a good wooden bow with natural horsehair and an ebony frog. The outfit comes in a lightweight blue case with carrying straps and safety reflectors, full lid music pocket, two bow holders, an internal accessory pocket and an external shoulder rest pocket.
