Overview
The Modern Player Series represent the first Fender-badged guitars to be manufactured in China. They are a recent development in the budget instrument market, offering more modified humbucking models than the classically inspired Stratocasters built in Ensenada, Mexico. These are considered solid, well-built players' guitars.
There is both a HSS (Alder-bodied) and HSH (Mahogany-bodied) model offered in the Modern Player Series.
