About this listing
A Custom model equipped with humbuckers that strongly embody the distinctive character of '70s Telecasters This Telecaster Custom from the American Vintage II series is based on the 1977 specification. Its unique pickup configuration?featuring a CuNiFe Wide Range humbucker in the neck position and a single-coil pickup in the bridge position?delivers a sound that offers an excellent balance of richness and clarity. The control layout features two volume knobs, two tone knobs, and a toggle switch, making it easy to fine-tune nuances when mixing signals and delivering a wide range of tones?from the characteristic Telecaster sharpness to a rich, full-bodied sound. Details from the era have been meticulously recreated, including an alder body with a gloss finish, a three-point neck joint, and a bullet truss rod.
