Toshihiko Nakade (1932-2022) was the second son of the renowned luthier Sakazo Nakade, and along with his brother Teruaki, was one of Japan's leading luthiers. He also trained at the workshop of the renowned Spanish luthier Hernandez y Aguado.

This 1995 model shows some playing scratches and dents on the soundboard, and there are also some small scratches in other places, but the condition is not problematic.

Position markers are embedded at the 5th and 7th frets on the side of the fingerboard.

The string height is almost standard, but there is ample saddle clearance, so it can be adjusted lower.

As expected of a work by one of Japan's leading luthiers, the painting and construction are meticulous. This is a guitar that combines a smooth sustain with a delicate and beautiful tone.
