ITEM DESCRIPTION: For sale is an Audioarts 4100 4-band parametric equalizer. Unit is fully operational and in good condition for such a classic vestige of a bygone time.  Over the years I have used a whole lotta parametric equalizers, most tending into the many thousands of dollars. But these old classic Audioarts units have always been a kind of secret weapon. This particular unit is fully operational and rocks! It shows signs of previous racking and use--hey, like me it's really old!   The silkscreen ink is worn away in areas and it has been around. Also similar to myself, periodic care to keep its pots and switch contacts clean has been performed. When used in a guitarist's rack, these really add a little `set and forget' custom magic to any signal. I have always loved using these as dedicated equalizers for specific audio channels in the studio: used on just the snare top mic feed and/or any other dedicated single channel feed. Unit will be boxed up tight to insure safe transit during shipping.
