Almost fully original Precision from 1966, missing a single detail! A vintage instrument in fully playable condition, a legendary artifact from the 60s with the incomparable charm of the original P-bass. Everything on this bass is in original condition, except for the body paint! The sound is provided by the original pickup combined with the original electronics. The rest of the hardware is also original. If you are looking for an authentic sound, you should be careful.
The body of this bass guitar has a newer, transparent cream nitro lacquer, therefore it represents an opportunity for players looking for an authentic sound. There is no more traditional instrument among bass guitars than the precision. A solid and unsurpassed construction with a very simple but effective layout of passive electronics has been working in this form with a split-coil pickup for more than 65 years.
The ash body is made of one piece of wood! Ash has recently become unavailable and large manufacturers such as Fender plan to use it only on the highest series of instruments in limited quantities. The neck is traditionally maple, with a rosewood fingerboard just as characteristic of the 60s. The neck of the bass guitar is stamped MAR66 on the inside, referring to March 1966.
The bass guitar is being sold including the current luxury Fender case.
