Combined Shipping

• For multiple items, add all products to your cart, and shipping costs will automatically combine!

Important Notes

• Import Duties & Taxes: These are not included in the item or shipping cost. Possible additional costs are borne by the buyer according to the conditions and rules of the country of import.

Shipping Options & Times

• UPS Express: 2-4 business days worldwide after 1-3 business days for preparation.
• Economy Shipping:
  • US, Canada, Overseas: 2-3 weeks after 1-3 business days of preparation.
  • Europe: 1 week after 1-3 business days of preparation.

General Shipping Guidelines

• All orders include a tracking number. We use only tracked shipping methods.
• If your package is marked as shipped but hasn’t arrived: Check around your door, with your local post office or delivery company, or with neighbors.
• If the package returns to us due to unsuccessful delivery, a new shipping fee is required for resending.
• If tracking status doesn’t update for over 30 days, we will initiate an official search based on the shipping provider’s procedures.
