For HAMMOND tone-wheel organs (B3, C3 etc). With this professional overdrive effect, you can recreate THAT sound (Deep Purple, ELP, Greenslade...), that 'growling' overdriven sound, without influencing the musical character of the organ and without the need of a Leslie tube amp. Some switches and pots offer a plenty of sonic nuances, from the most subtle distortion to the most aggressive, 'heavy metal' Hammond sound. It is a high quality, zener diodes based, clipping device that does not need any power supply, but easily installing it in the organ by simply soldering some wires (not rocket science, but just a very little technical skill...). Please, consider that it HAS to be INSTALLED, it's not a in/out pedal. The ProfKon ZD-1, if you like it, can be mounted on the upper cheek wooden block or on the lower one of the Hammond B3 (it has a nice wood block similar to the replaced one), otherwise you can leave it as is. Everything is perfectly explained in the included installation manual. BTW, I am selling it just because I am parting with my Hammond B3...
