The small plug and play guitar transmitter systems are extremely practical, but have the reputation of not being particularly sustainable, as the built-in batteries cannot be replaced. Xvive has responded to this criticism by launching a replacement battery kit for the popular U2 transmitter/receiver wireless transmitter system. The scope of delivery includes one battery each for the transmitter and receiver as well as mounting material and a special tool.
