Lovies Guitars is excited to present this 1986 Gibson US-1 Super Strat finished in Flamed Sunburst with its Original Hardshell Case. The US-1 is a seriously cool piece of Gibson's 1980s history, representing the company's take on the high-performance Super Strat market during the era when players were looking for faster-playing necks, hot-rodded electronics, and more aggressive styling.
This example has a great vintage look, with the Flamed Sunburst finish showing plenty of character from nearly four decades of age. It remains very good for its age, with light pick scratches, a small cluster of dings on the lower horn, and light aging on the hardware. There are also a few small marks on the neck near the headstock, some buckle rash, and clean edges overall. The frets are approximately 90%.
