It's ready to play.ElectronicsThe bass originally came equipped with Charvel active 3-band electronics, but the original electronics developed a fault and have been replaced with a high-quality passive electronics system.The modification was carried out to permanently eliminate the original problem and make the instrument simpler, more reliable and quieter.The bass is now fully functional and very quiet, with none of the issues previously experienced with the original electronics.The original DiMarzio® Model P DP122 neck pickup and DiMarzio® Model J™ DP123 bridge pickup have been retained.
