Legendary analogue workhorse from Oberheim, the Matrix 1000 is essentially 1000 Matrix 6 patches in a 1U rackmount MIDI module. It has the same synth architecture as the Matrix 6. 6 voices, 2 DCO's, a low pass filter, 2 VCA's, 3 envelope gens, 2 LFO's, and 2 ramp gens. The filter is awesome. All the presets are great, but you can easily tweak or program with a midi editor like obie editor. The unit has some general wear and tear but works perfectly. Sounds like a BEAST. Pick up in NE London.
