1981 4-digit American Hamer Standard for sale, with Hamer hardshell case. Was set-up and de-Kahlered a few years back by legendary luthier Greg Platzer before I purchased it in 2018, and re-inspected under my watch by Jim Cara. Both of these guys have done extensive work for Lita Ford, among other guitar legends, and could tell you some history regarding this guitar if you were so inclined to ask. Serial number is 0547. Bridge pick-up was replaced with a hotter Seymour Duncan humbucker; jack, pickup switch, and pots were also replaced for more consistent performance before live playing - but all original electrical components that were replaced are included in this sale (see pics). This guitar is well-worn from decades of play and has the typical black nitro finish crackle for its age, as well as some heavy buckle rash but is an absolute beast and an extremely solid guitar. It's not a wall-hanger but it is as well-constructed as they come and plays fantastically. If you'd like any more info on this guitar, please don't hesitate to reach out to me! Willing to accept offers or negotiate, just ask!
