Ayotte Custom Drum Kit - 20”, 10”, 13”, 15”

Late 80’s Ayotte Custom Drums.

Beautifully made drums. Thin maple shells with re-enforcement rings, and finished in Honey/Amber lacquer.

20x16”, 10x9”, 13x10”, 15x13”.

3 x x Pearl uni-lock holders and clamps included.

These don’t come up on these shores too often, and are some of the more sought after drums that were made by the man himself, Ray Ayotte in Vancouver, Canada.

Cosmetically they are quite battle scarred with scratches and dings in the lacquer, but nothing too distracting. They are still very pretty to look at.

The 15” had a small knock just under the badge, so a small hole was drilled and an air vent was placed there, so nothing is noticeable. The ply that split on the inside has been glued down and filled - see last pic.
