Overview

The Taylor 412 is a Grand Concert acoustic guitar, which is the smallest body size Taylor offers. If you like your instruments compact and sounding good, then the 412 is a good choice. Mahogany was used for the back and sides of the 412 on older models, but there are some models that have been built with ovangkol back and sides -- but the spruce top stays consistent throughout for that tonal reliability factor.
