Founded in 2001 in Phoenix, Arizona, HomeBrew Electronics (HBE) began in the garage of owner Joel Weaver. The company crafts affordable, boutique effects by a team consisting of Joel, his wife, and two employees.
The ParaDrive is a dual overdrive/boost pedal with controls for operating each effect independently or in tandem. The pedal features a Diode Selector switch and a an "FD" (Fat Drive) switch increasing low-end presence.
