60 Watts! Foot Switch! Made In the USA!
This is really Cool. You are looking at a Sunn SL-160 Guitar Combo Amplifier. This is a 60 Watt 1x12 Combo Amp Made In The USA. Solid State Amp. Has a great vintage sound. This amp is from the 1980's. This is an Original Sunn before Fender purchased them in 1985 and shut them down in 2002.
Extremely loud for its output rating, as all older Sunn amps tend to be. Drives an external 8ohm 4x12 cab pretty hard. Probably best suited for Classic Rock as well as Blues. Mid freq adjustment comes in handy for dialing in some crushing tones. Takes boost and overdrive pedals well for pushing the red channel over the edge for a tighter more aggressive overdrive/distortion.
