Another particularly practical detail is the thumb rest made of Merbau above the sound hole, which provides the fingers with a comfortable and secure rest for even and precise strumming. Ibanez pickup systemIbanez also provides the AEGB24FE-MHS Mahogany Sunburst with a pickup system consisting of an undersaddle transducer and AEQ-2T preamp, so that the acoustic Bass can also be used for large shows with an appropriate amplifier.
