Fender Stratocaster pickups 1979

Here is a set of 1979 Fender Stratocaster pickups. Someone in the past tried to shield these with copper tape and shield paint. I was able to remove some of the paint to reveal the date stamps, but they are hard to read. I did however remove these from a 1979 strat. I am reluctant to remove the tape for fear of damaging the coils. They resistance from the leads reads 5.92k neck, 5.90k mid, 7.56 bridge.
The hot bridge makes me wonder if it is an X1 version but the lack of yellow wiring makes me unsure. The original covers are unavailable but I will include used white covers and mounting hardware.
