The instrument was build in 2005 and is called the Olorin model. In this construction the builder decided to make the body of the guitar out of thick pieces of beautiful macassar ebony, making it quite stiff, to reduce the loss of energy produced by lattice-braced solid spruce top. The result is astonishing! The guitar is very powerful, yet in the same time very responsive and susceptible for any changes of dynamics and colors. It went through the full luthier service - fingerboard was cleaned, new frets, saddle and bridge bones added, making this work of art very easy to play. The instrument was used so it has few minor scratches, which do not affect the brilliant playability and sound effect coming out of the soundhole. A true concert instrument! Highly recommended.
