With a love for the non-traditional style of the 60's imports we set out to design a guitar with a classic feel, but distinctive style. Our Challenger and Cuda models are the result of our efforts. The set neck and contoured body make a very comfortable instrument in any playing position. Natural "pinstripes" are an available option that frame and define the pronounced curves of the German style carve, which allows better access to the higher register, while highlighting the offset shape. Each has its own combination of traditional tone woods, electronics, and bridge configurations, allowing us to tailor an instrument that suits your personal needs.

Like all CVG guitars this one was handmade in Ohio start to finish by myself, Chase A Gullett. These are not kit based guitars that I simply paint and assemble, these are designed and built from the ground up, milling my own stock from raw materials, carving, inlaying and fretting the necks by hand.
