Unlike the original Music Man version, the Sterling by Music Man Kaizen features a fixed scale length of 25.5 inches, whilst offering the same characteristics that have made the model so popular with players. These include an ergonomically shaped Nyatoh body with a smooth Stealth Black satin finish, a 5-bolt neck made from roasted maple, and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with a flat 15.75-inch radius. The two Sterling by Music Man ceramic humbuckers, connected via passive wiring, deliver the appropriate sound. The Kaizen is completed by a modern Sterling by Music Man 2-point tremolo and elegant Steinberger gearless tuners.
