The US-produced Elite T-series is designed as an alternative to the traditional Ovation Elite series. The classic, multi-piece wooden epaulet decoration around the soundhole has been replaced by a simpler, unfinished pattern that further emphasizes the low and mid frequencies. The maple neck has also been made slimmer, making it look and feel more attractive to electric guitarists.
