Overview
For decades Ibanez guitars have been second only to Gibson when it comes to the mass market semi-hollow game. When it comes to bang for the buck, though, there's nothing better than an Ibanez AS93 Artcore. Equally equipped to get you that John Scofield, Lee Ritenour or Eric Krasno tone you might be looking for as they are for hard rock, indie or straight blues, the AS93 models have amazing Super 58 humbuckers (same as Sco's and Krasno's signature models) and the best build quality this side of $1700. We don't know how Ibanez does it, but they do, and we are extremely grateful.
