A tight and powerful guitar born from ash wood and EMG pickups.

Fujigen, a Japanese brand that has led the history of guitars in Japan since its founding in 1960, offers the "J-Standard" series, a cost-effective model line.

This particular model is a JMJ, based on Fujigen's original JB model, the "MIGHTY JAZZ."

It features EMG pickups, with a single-coil J-type in the neck position and a humbucker in the bridge position.

The body is made of ash wood with a matte, see-through finish that allows the wood grain to show through.

Controls consist of two volume knobs and one tone knob. The tone knob also functions as a tap switch; pulling it switches the bridge pickup to a single-coil configuration.

The sound is characterized by tight bass tones from the ash body, powerfully output by the EMG pickups.

Recommended for those seeking a clear, modern sound with a thick tone from the humbucker!
