No Tube included. Top of unit has scratching. Black cover has two dents on top back edge and back left corner. Inside of unit is dirty/dusty and has some broken glass. Missing two screws (top left screw on left side cannot be installed due to dented corner). Missing one 15 amp fuse and fuse holder cap. Plate dial spins but is slightly bent and rubs against needle for part of each revolution.
