DIG V2 houses two simultaneous digital delay circuits voiced after 1980s rack delay units, with three selectable characters: an early-'80s adaptive delta modulation voicing, a mid-'80s 12-bit PCM voicing, and a modern 24/96 high-resolution mode. The dual delay engine offers five rhythmic subdivisions and three routing options between the two delays.
A Tone knob shapes the feedback filtering, and the pedal includes true/buffered bypass switching, tap tempo, mono or stereo input selection, and full MIDI control with 300 preset locations via USB-C or the EXP/MIDI jack.
Strymon describes DIG V2 as two digital delay circuits with retro rack voicings, capable of intricate, synchronised echoes as well as hypnotic, atmospheric repeats that blur the line between delay and reverb.
