Overview
Solid State Logic released the AWS 924 and 948 consoles in 2010. These updated versions of the successful AWS 900+ SE featured the new A-FADA system, in which a motorized analog fader followed DAW automation rather than relying on a console-specific automation system. The AWS 924 and 948 also feature new LCD scribble strips, updated cosmetics, and a redesigned meter penthouse with a phase meter.
