Here is a fantastic, 60-year-old Gibson SG in a Cherry finish!The guitar is from early 1966, with potentiometers dating back to 1965.All parts on the guitar are original except for the tuning pegs, which have been replaced with Grover tuners. Some extra routing/carvings has been done under the pickguard, but this does not affect the function or appearance of the guitar, as it is hidden beneath the guard. Same as the repair that seems to have been done where the neck meets the body.Pictures of everything are available, so don’t hesitate to ask if you’re interested.The serial number dates back to the '70s, but this has been verified by experts, who have confirmed that the guitar is not from the '70s. This is just one of many oddities with Gibsons from that era.The guitar’s age is therefore guaranteed to be pre-1967.It is in very good condition for its age, with normal wear, dings, scratches, and a crack under one of the tuners.It functions perfectly fine and probably has the best tone I’ve ever had the pleasure of hearing and playing!The original hard case is no longer available, but a Gibson hard case from another year is included with the guitar.Can be picked up here in Sweden.Can also be shipped very well packaged, traceable and worldwide!
