Limited run of 250! The guitar is in very good condition, the frets are approximately 80% new, showing some wear, but there are no issues with playability. The certificate has a minor damage, as shown in the photo.In 2002 the Gibson Custom Shop released the Gary Rossington Signature Les Paul, a replica of his beloved original burst nicknamed “Bernice”. This special run of guitars has become highly sought after, earning a reputation of being some of the best playing Les Pauls ever produced. They look great, have monstrous tone, and feel incredible. Aged by the legendary Tom Murphy, it was given a thin nitro finish which really opens up the guitar and allows it to resonate. It also has one of the best feeling necks with beautifully rolled edges and again just the right amount of finish.Features include a figured maple top, one-piece mahogany body, rosewood fretboard, trapezoid inlays, aged gold hardware, ‘59 rounded neck profile, and a 24-3/4” scale length. Since the guitar replicates his original instrument, there are two small screws in the front of the headstock replicating a repaired headstock break that Rossington had on his guitar. Just the look of the repair is replicated, not the actual break.Comes with the original Gibson case, COA and paperwork.The shipping fee includes insurance.
