This pickup delivers a distinctly transparent and sparkley tone usually not found in the neck position. It is joined by the "jack of all trades" Grand Vintage Humbucker om the bridge position giving you a balanced, classically voiced humbucker tone that leaves nothing to be desired.Both pickups can be fine-tuned with the Vario-Tone controles. These allow you to filter mid-frequencies out of each humbuckers signal while also performing a nuanced coil-split.
