Tama brought out their Silverstar range of drums to deliver the sound you expect from fine vintage drums, combined with the quality you expect from TAMA—all at a price that’s well within reach.
The drums have 6/7ply birch shells, triple flanged hoops, Tama's Star-Mounting system, and a slidable tom holder make it the ideal choice for drummers looking for creative inspiration. Silverstar drums provide an open ended sonic palette that’s superbly suited to any genre.
The sizes of the drums are:

22" x 18" Bass Drum
- 12" x 8" Rack Tom
- 16" x 14" Floor Tom
As you can see from the photos, this bass drum does have a couple of marks/scrapes (see photos), however these are purely cosmetic, and are not noticeable unless you are sat at the kit. This is reflected in the price (these kits were listed at £999 when released).
The kit comes with Tama decal reso bass drum head, and clear Remo Pinstripe batter heads throughout the kit. The heads a partially used.
