Engl E850 2x35 Rack Guitar Amp 90's

Amazing sounding Engl E850 2x35 Rackmounted amp. This is a rare unit that has been well taken care of in its life and is in excellent condition.This amp was acquired from the estate of the original owner who was a music store manager in South Carolina.

As far as I have read, this was the predecessor to the E860 and was used by the guitarist from Necrophagist

Everything is original on the amp and it functions perfectly. It has three channels (clean, crunch, lead) with a 3 band eq, master volume, and level control for each out as well as an effects loop (so you can run you axe fx/fractal or any kind of digital modeler). Spring reverb sounds wonderful.

There are some light scratches on the top of the case but very minimal. This amp works perfectly with no issues!! I can tell it was barely played. It sounds organic and raw with a beautiful punchy clean, a sweet crunch mode, and a searing high gain lead tone. This amp can be ran in stereo to two cabs at 35 watts each or ran to one stereo cabinet for a combined output of 70 watts. AMAZING amp!! These rarely come up for sale and this one is in incredible condition.
