Van Zandt TLV R1
This is one of the finest Japanese telecasters ever made and it sounds really lovely. I have had several Fender Nocasters Custom Shop and none have sound like this Van Zandt. I am keeping an original 1957 Telecaster and the Van Zandt has to go.
Here are the specs:
Body: Lightweight 1 piece Ash (the guitar only weights 3.150kg)
Neck: 1 Piece Quatersawn Maple
Nut: Bone 42mm width
Pickups: Van Zandt True Vintage
Finish: Blonde Nitrocellulose Lacquer
The body has a heavy relic and a very nice patina. The neck has a mild relic and but everything else is in excellent condition.
I have seen these beauties being sold for even £2200:
