Unplayed Sigma DT-42 Nashville.
Dreadnought-acoustic guitar with pickup system and including softshell case
Thanks to its large dreadnought shape and its partially solid construction, the Sigma DT-42 Nashville is perfectly suited for fine Pickings and powerful strumming. Even with light strokes a stately sound result can be achieved, which is not least due to the bracing of the top and the razor-thin, black high-gloss finish. Beside the flat neck profile the wide fretboard provides an optimal playing comfort. The headstock is fitted with gold Grover open-gear tuners for easy tuning of the 6 steel strings. For a comprehensive functionality, the acoustic guitar is equipped with a Fishman Sonitone pickup system. A sturdy softshell case is included in delivery.
Construction and woods
The solid Sitka spruce top and laminated Tilia body produce a powerful and rich sound that travels fast. For perfect playability, the mahogany neck features a micarta fingerboard and a nut width of 44.5mm.
Hardware and Design
To ensure that the guitar intonates over the entire scale length of 645 mm, the Micarta bridge is fitted with an inlay made of bone, which is adapted to the finely notched nut with millimetre precision. Eye-catching star inlays and white multi-ply bindings round off the visual appearance in a contrasting and highly aesthetic way.
