For the player that wants all the glorious tone of a good solid Les Paul minus the hefty price tag, it doesn't get any better than Gibson's Les Paul Studio. This guitar comes to us from 2000 and is finished in a Ruby Red Finish. Throw in the gold accents via the hardware and you've got a lean and mean straight froward Les Paul. The guitar shows signs of wear, some rather dramatic pick strike above the neck pickup visible in just the right light (see photos). There are a few dings and chips, signs of a well loved and gigged guitar. While this Studio has the thinner style body offered by Gibson on select models, it lacks none of the heft feel and tone!

Gibson Les Paul Studio in Ruby Red finish made in 2000 with Original Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid mahogany body with a maple cap, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with a Gibson 490R in the neck position and a Gibson 498T in the bridge position. Controlled by 2-volume, 2-tone knobs and a 3-way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has pearloid trapezoid inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets with a 50’s rounded neck profile. The hardware is comprised of Grover rotomatic tuning machines, a tektoid nut, a Tune-O-Matic bridge and black top hat knobs with a single-ply black pickguard.

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings and includes original hard shell case.
