Here's a 1980s Fernandes TEJ Tele-style electric guitar in very good playing condition. We have a real soft spot for these vintage Japanese Fernandes guitars here at Mill River Music because they offer exceptional build quality and vintage charms for the price point -- and this one is no exception!! With silky smooth playability, a killer set of pickups, and cool '80s aesthetic appointments throughout, you simply can't go wrong with this instrument!
This one shows some cosmetic wear and tear throughout, and it has some small cracks right above the neck pickup under the fretboard that were probably caused by the guitar taking a tumble at some point, plus some fretwear and a few marks on the back of the neck (see photos), but none of these issues noticeably affect tone or playability. All in all the guitar is in very good playing shape for its age, freshly set up in our shop and ready to shred.
